Banana Spinach Pancakes

A sneaky-greens pancake that's soft, foldable and perfect for little hands. Four ingredients and one blender — an easy way to get some spinach in.

👶 Suitable for 6m+  ❄️ Store up to 2 days in the fridge, or freeze up to 2 months.

Ingredients

  • Handful of spinach
  • 1 egg
  • Splash of milk
  • 3 tbsp self-raising flour

Method

  1. Blend all the ingredients until you have a smooth batter.
  2. Cook in a medium-hot pan for a few minutes each side, until golden brown.
  3. Serve and enjoy.
