Banana Spinach Pancakes

A sneaky-greens pancake that's soft, foldable and perfect for little hands. Four ingredients and one blender — an easy way to get some spinach in.
👶 Suitable for 6m+ ❄️ Store up to 2 days in the fridge, or freeze up to 2 months.
Ingredients
- Handful of spinach
- 1 egg
- Splash of milk
- 3 tbsp self-raising flour
Method
- Blend all the ingredients until you have a smooth batter.
- Cook in a medium-hot pan for a few minutes each side, until golden brown.
- Serve and enjoy.
