Where we ship

We ship across New Zealand and Australia, packed and sent locally by the Rumina team. Most orders are dispatched within 1–2 business days.

• New Zealand: $10 standard shipping — FREE on orders over $150.
• Australia: flat-rate international shipping, shown at checkout — FREE on orders over $150.

Shipping options and final rates are always shown at checkout before you pay.

Returns

If something isn't right, we're here to help. Unused items in their original packaging can be returned within 30 days of delivery. Faulty or incorrect items will be replaced or refunded. Get in touch and we'll sort it out quickly.
