Shipping within New Zealand
We offer flat-rate shipping of NZ$10 anywhere in New Zealand.
Orders over NZ$150 qualify for free standard shipping.
We aim to dispatch all orders as quickly as possible. Most New Zealand orders are delivered within 5 business days from dispatch, although delivery times may vary depending on your location and courier networks.
Shipping to Australia
We offer flat-rate shipping of NZ$20 to Australia.
Orders over NZ$150 qualify for free standard shipping.
Most Australian orders are delivered within 10 business days from dispatch. Delivery times are estimates only and may vary due to customs processing, courier delays or peak shipping periods.
Order Processing
Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days.
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
Once your order has been dispatched, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information (where available) so you can follow your parcel's journey.
Delivery Information
Please ensure your delivery address is correct when placing your order.
If an incorrect address is provided and your parcel is returned to us, additional shipping charges may apply before your order can be resent.
While we work with trusted courier partners, delivery timeframes are estimates only and cannot be guaranteed.
International Shipping
At this stage, we currently ship to New Zealand and Australia only.
