Returns & Refunds

We want you to be completely happy with your Tidy Tot purchase.

Change of mind

If you've changed your mind, you may return any unused item within 30 days of receiving your order for a refund.

To arrange a return, please email info@rumina.co.nz with:

  • Your order number
  • The item(s) you wish to return
  • The reason for your return

Returned items must be:

  • Unused
  • In their original packaging
  • In a clean, resaleable condition

Once we receive and inspect your return, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please note that return shipping costs for change-of-mind returns are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a tracked service, as we cannot accept responsibility for items that are lost in transit.


Faulty or incorrect items

We take great pride in the quality of our products, but occasionally problems can occur.

If you believe your item is faulty, damaged, or you have received the wrong product, please contact us as soon as possible at info@rumina.co.nz with:

  • Your order number
  • A description of the issue
  • Clear photographs of the product and the fault

We'll assess the issue promptly and work with you to provide an appropriate solution. In some cases, we may ask you to return the product to us for inspection. If a return is required for a confirmed fault, we'll cover the reasonable return shipping costs.

Depending on the circumstances, we may offer a repair, replacement or refund.


Your rights under New Zealand law

Nothing in this policy limits your rights under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 or the Fair Trading Act 1986.

If a product fails to meet the guarantees provided under New Zealand consumer law, you are entitled to the remedies available under that legislation.
